What happens when I place an order?
You will receive your initial confirmation email to verify that your order has been submitted with Boost Biotic. Once the order has been processed & dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please ensure you check your Junk Mail if you have not received any emails.

What Is The Boost Biotic Guarantee?
At Boost Biotic we understand that as a first time user of a brand new product, one of your biggest concerns is potentially around the taste or effectiveness of a product. And frankly, we don't want this to be an obstacle to you trying a product. So, at Boost Biotic, we provide our customer satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase a product with a Boost Biotic and do not like it, we will happily refund you the cost of the product. The limit is 1 per customer per year.

How Do I Apply My Discount Code?
One coupon/discount code can be used per purchase. To use a coupon, enter the code on the checkout page during checkout.

I have received my order but there's a problem!
If you receive the wrong item, your order has been damaged in some way or there was some other issues that you are not happy about, please contact our award-winning Customer Service team on contact@boostbiotic.com and they will assist you as soon as possible.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the following: Your order has been placed before 3pm (PDT) Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, sale days & public holidays) You are not in a remote or rural location Please note that parcels going to rural areas can sometimes take longer than 1-3 business days. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please contact us at order@boostbiotic.com.

What can I do if I'm having issues with checkout?
If you’re experiencing issues with checking out then we recommend updating your web browser to the latest version and clearing your cache. If you’re still unable to checkout then you can try another web browser (we recommend using Google Chrome).

How We Determine Shipping Price?
First factor is Size: shipping prices are calculated based on how large, heavy, or bulky the item is. Second is Location: deliveries to offshore/remote locations will attract higher delivery prices and delivery times depending on the final location. We will confirm delivery times and prices with you after the order has been placed.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, We ship outside of USA to Canada, Mexico, Brazil & most of Europe.

Damages to your product
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos/videos to returns@boostbiotic.com and we will initiate the return process if necessary.

Faulty or Defective Products
Goods that are delivered faulty or defective will be replaced, repaired, refunded, or exchanged by us based on the product. Information about how returns are handled
Boost Biotic upholds a 30-day return policy. Please reach out to returns@boostbiotic.com to initiate the return process. You must include your order number as proof you ordered from our store, as well as the reason for the return. Due to the nature of the products we offer, and the nature of our business model, WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS. Therefore, in order for us to process your return the items must be unused and in the original packaging. If they are not unused and in the original packaging, your return will be denied. These goods can be returned unused at your expense within 5 working days. Once the items are received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or credit to original payment method you used when placing your order within 30 days.

Information about cancellation & refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as discussed above in Returns section above. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
